NOTIFICATIONS UNDER THE CHHATTISGARH VALUE ADDED TAX 

 

Notification No : F-10/ 37 /2009/CT/V ( 46 )  , Date : 11th June, 2010

Effective From :   

 

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005) read with section 17 of the Chhattisgarh Vanijyik Kar Adhiniyam, 1994 (No. 5 of 1995) of the State Government hereby makes the following amendment in this department notification No. A-3-10-2000-VK-V (11) dated 21-01-2000 with effect from 21st January, 2000:-



 

AMENDMENT

In Schedule to the said notification in S.No. 9 for the existing entry in column (3) “Partly so as to reduce the rate of tax under section 9 to zero percent” to “Exempted from whole tax under section 9 and 10” shall be substituted.
